A Macro Count is a nutrition plan that provides you your daily protein, carbohydrate and fat target for the day that equals to a total daily caloric goal.
You can choose two options:
Basic- you choose 1 goal of whether maintenance, deficit, or surplus.
Multiple goals- we will provide you with macros for maintenance and 2 deficit macros (15% and 20% deficit)
All Macro Count come with the Nutrition by Kristia Macro Counting Manual to guide you in your goals.
