But it’s money well spent because the coaching program is an investment in your health, confidence, and happiness. I currently offer three unique coaching programs: Dear Postpartum Body, Macros Movement, and One-on-One Nutritional Coaching.
Dear Postpartum Body is best for postpartum mothers (six weeks to 15 months) who want to lose fat without hours of cardio and risking their milk supply. Through this community-based program, you gain support and accountability with moms going through the same experiences.
Meanwhile, Macros Movement is a 12-week exclusive community program for women (25 years and older) and mothers (beyond 15 months postpartum) who want to shed fat without giving up the joy of eating. Even those with PCOS can join!
My One-on-One Nutrition Coaching program would suit women with hormonal imbalances and metabolic syndrome who want to lose fat while making their metabolism run faster. It requires a minimum three-month commitment as it is highly customized and delivers long-term results.
Both group programs—Dear Postpartum Body and Macros Movement—are 12 weeks long. The One-on-One Nutrition Coaching typically runs for a year.
I don’t. I work best with my tribe of women. However, if your husband or partner would like to do the program, we can come up with a nutrition protocol for him. That way, as you get coached by us, you can also pass on what you learn to him.
