I struggled with my weight for a long time. I was once a serial yo-yo dieter who has tried all the fad diets out there, from Keto and Paleo to Cohen and Intermittent Fasting. After giving birth to two beautiful toddlers and struggling with how I felt about my postpartum body, I began my true fitness journey. This journey involved sustainable fat loss through eating right and working out to strengthen my body.

The One-on-One Nutrition Coaching program is a monthly retainer program with a three-month minimum commitment. It goes through four phases, lasting six to 12 months to ensure sustainability of results.

I am a US-certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who has helped 60 women with metabolic issues. Over the duration of one year, I’ve helped them achieve their fat loss goals without senseless dieting.
