After giving birth to two beautiful toddlers and struggling with how I felt about my postpartum body, I began my true fitness journey. This journey involved sustainable fat loss through eating right and working out to strengthen my body.

The One-on-One Nutrition Coaching program is a monthly retainer program with a three-month minimum commitment. It goes through four phases, lasting six to 12 months to ensure sustainability of results.

When will my One-on-One Nutrition Coaching program start?

Before we begin, we’ll go on a non-commitment discovery call to discuss the nature of your problem. If you fit the prerequisites of the program, we’ll decide on when your program officially starts.

How is this program personalized to suit my needs?

The One-on-One Nutrition Coaching program takes into account everything. This includes your health history, your current food intake, your movement, and your biofeedback markers. Biofeedback markers are physical cues that your body uses to communicate such as mood, energy level, sex drive, and more.

When and how are weekly check-ins held?

Scheduled weekly check-ins and other calls are held virtually.

Do I need to weigh my food?

Yes. You’ll need to track and log your food intake. That way, we can guarantee that you’re hitting macronutrient and micronutrient targets specific for your goals.

How often do I need to exercise per week?

You can do strength training workouts either three to four times a week.

Is my workout personalized to suit my needs?

All our workouts are created by our resident personal trainer, Cyrill Samson. It’s not personalized per se, but it’s customized for the nutrition protocol that you’ll be following. However, you can communicate with Cy for any modifications, form checks, and the like.

Can anyone sign up for this program?

This one-on-one program works best for women who have high cholesterol, high insulin or pre-dibetes sugar readings, and PCOS. Women with digestion issues, weight loss resistance, thyroid issues, and fertility issues can also benefit from signing up for this program.

Those who do not have complex metabolic issues can join the 12-week Macros Movement program. Meanwhile, postpartum moms between six weeks to 15 months can join our Dear Postpartum Body program.

How is it different from your other group offerings?

The program involves working closely with our Functional Medicine Doctor consultant, Dr. Venisse Valdez, for the best possible outcome. We interpret your laboratory results, do weekly recalibration given the execution of the protocol, and run higher level nutrition protocol and workout programming to help you achieve sustainable results. 

Weekly check-ins are done with me on a one-on-one basis. You can also get in touch with me any time through the messaging app of your choice. I want to make sure there is a safe space for you to acknowledge wins, have learning moments, and discover areas for improvement. Regular calls and chats also help us recalibrate when we run our protocols, so you don’t feel alone or feel like giving up.

Will I be given meal plans for this program?

Yes, but it’s not a strict meal plan. Instead, it’s a list of food that you can eat and tweak according to your preference. The main goal is to get you to learn how to eat better rather than just blindly follow a meal plan.

Is macro tracking done for this program?

Not necessarily. Sometimes, all you need is to dial down on micronutrients rather than macros.

What workout materials do I need?

Aside from booty bands and resistance bands (both provided by us!), you’ll need a pair of light (2 to 5 lbs) and heavy (8 to 10 lbs) dumbbells.

Where do I access the workouts?

Your customized workout can be accessed through the Trainerize app.

Why do I need to commit at least six months for this program?

We need to run a specific protocol that goes through four phases. The phases last between six to 12 months to ensure long-term sustainability of your results.
