Learn my holistic approach to postpartum nutrition and fitness—all while protecting your milk supply!

As a new mom, you’re feeling overburdened with the responsibilities of having a baby. Add to that the pressures of trying to navigate your new life while trying to stay sane.
Let’s face it: you don’t have much time or energy left to focus on yourself. Even the IDEA of a fitness program seems crazy!
There’s too much chaos. Too much obligation.
Not enough sleep. Not enough support.
Even if you could find the energy and time to get back into a fitness routine, you wonder if your body (or milk supply) would be able to handle it.
Your sexy side has waved goodbye.
Your confidence has taken a nosedive.
Getting back to your goal weight seems less and less attainable.
You’re feeling miserable and just want a solution…
But what if I tell you there’s a way to turn things around?
You’re probably thinking you’ll never get your body back.
You don’t even want to imagine yourself wearing a bikini.
But here’s the thing: I don’t ever want to see a mom crying because she doesn’t recognize herself anymore.
I built an in-depth nutrition and fitness program from scratch that I wish I had stumbled on back when I was in the throes of motherhood.

Because not long ago, this was me!
I’m not ashamed to admit that I ate my way through bags of Doritos and Flat Tops to power through.
It was easy. It was accessible. And it turned into a bad habit.
I felt exhausted from nursing every three hours.
I was overwhelmed with the never-ending responsibilities.
I struggled to lose the baby weight. (My doctor told me I just needed to breastfeed to lose weight—that DID NOT happen! ☹)

I started to hate the way I looked.
I felt so big and heavy.
I was lost in my own body.
I was miserable and unhappy.
I felt stuck.
Slowly, I began exercising and eating better.
I started strength training and fell deeply in love with it.
I prioritized eating properly, but I didn’t diet so that my milk supply wouldn’t suffer.
I cared for myself, and bit by bit, I saw glimmers of HOPE!

“I achieved a sense of self through Tia’s program. It’s great to have been part of a little community of moms who were struggling like me. To have a village behind you cheering you on, assuring you that you’re seen, you’re heard, and you’re not alone… I learned the importance of taking care of myself first so that I can take better care of everyone else.”
Ina Dacanay

“It is a really life-changing program that I want other moms to experience. A solid support system that is just what a postpartum mom needs!”
Valerie San Juan-Ocumen

“I used to be so anxious about not doing enough, and being hard on myself about the way I look… The Dear Postpartum Body program has helped not only the way I eat and my weight loss journey, but it has also helped my mental health. It has made me feel like everything will be okay, and that I am a good mom.”
Valerie San Juan-Ocumen

“200% will recommend!!! It was the kind of support I never knew I needed at such a vulnerable and weak stage of motherhood. The program had such a holistic approach — targeting the physical, mental and emotional health of all mothers. I am so happy and thankful I made this decision for myself despite initially hesitating. Sometimes you just have to FOLLOW YOUR GUT and take the leap for your well-being because I was truly rewarded in the end.”
Christina Bengzon

“Definitely yes. I was having postpartum blues when i started the program. I felt trapped and alone and tired and overwhelmed. But week on week we unlock a new habit and we get to share our thoughts and feelings with the group and it has changed me internally and externally. I felt less lonely because I share this season with co-moms. I felt validated that I could do something with these feelings of sadness, loneliness and not feeling like myself. I felt empowered as I go through the appropriate pace of the program. We were set up to win in our time and in our season. The program was a safe space both for mistakes and victories. ”
Frances Aldecoa

“Definitely - Totally - 100% I will recommend this program to all women out there because it is a complete package to develop one's physcial well-being : physically, mentally and emotionally especially to moms who just gave birth. ”

How a woman’s body best recovers after childbirth—physically and psychologically. This includes core and pelvic floor rehabilitation with the guidance and supervision of our US-based Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Abigail Dowd
The most mom-friendly workouts that actually get results
How to adopt a “let’s do it!” mindset even when you really don’t want to
How to balance your emotions as a mom and a partner, especially at times when you feel like your world is imploding
How to eat deliciously and in a way that fills you up without giving up the joy of eating
How to handle the daily insanity of meals and snacks with a whole family crawling all over you
Stories, recipes, resources, shortcuts, tips, and more that moms have been using to “hack parenting” for years
NOPE! You won’t need to weigh your food to see results, but you need to follow the portioning that I recommend. Because your metabolism is fast, we don’t need higher levels of macro tracking to achieve the desired results. Plus, you don't have enough time to take a bath in peace, what more to weigh your food?
It may seem pricey at first, but this program is a collaboration between a US-Trained Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and a tenured Nutrition Coach combining both their expertise to get the best results. It also rests on the premise that this is a sustainable route of fat loss without adding more to your already full plate. What you should ask is, “What is the cost of staying where you are?” This program cuts the trial and error part through research-backed information, so it’ll save you lots of time and money!
Definitely! The Dear Postpartum Body program is not a fad diet but a holistic process involving equal parts postpartum fitness, metabolism science, and functional nutrition. It aims to boost your metabolism through eating right, so you can do it effectively and sustainably without reducing your milk supply. When you have a faster metabolism, your body will be able to handle more food while you get closer to your physique goals.
The power of community is amazing! Honestly, I had the same apprehensions when I first did the group coaching challenge, but the support they gave me proved to be a life-changing experience.
Postpartum season can be isolating, but this community will become your source of support, comfort, and strength during the most trying times. Through the stories shared and the questions addressed, the group will help uplift your mindset by making you realize that your postpartum concerns are normal.

Christine is a wife and a mom of 2, who is also managing her endometriosis naturally. She has always been on the heavier side until her college days, so when she reached her lowest weight, she always wanted to stay there. When she gave birth to her youngest, she sacrificed her peace of mind just so she can eat whatever she wanted and then burned herself down in the gym: doing this all just so the scale won’t budge. Her experience as a nutrition coachee led her to coaching. Earning her Functional Nutrition and Moderation 365 certifications further made her realize the importance of long-term health and vitality over keeping the weight at a specific number. She believes there is still a lot of misinformation in the health and fitness space, and this is something that she wants to change: one conversation at a time.

Once upon a time Michelle thought she was going to be a theatre actress but life had other plans. In her younger years she had a short but meaningful career in broadcasting before motherhood came a-knocking. Motherhood, along with certain life experiences, reset her life’s direction. She has settled into her current full-time job as a single mom who just happens to be Program Director for a foundation, who just happens to be finishing her Masters in Clinical Psychology as well as her Mental Health Coaching Certification under the American Association of Christian Counsellors. She is a dreamer and a believer and has a heart to help other women and moms navigate life’s many ups, downs and detours.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
We start on September 23, 2023.
Calls will be held every Saturday at 10 am.
It’s not required but highly encouraged! This is where the magic happens—the education, the stories, and the virtual space to connect with other moms.
The magic of this group coaching program is in the weekly calls as well as the interaction between the moms via Slack. Being present in the group calls will help you make the most out of this experience. But you are unable to attend the live sessions, replays will be shared with the group.
No. You will be eating your usual meals, but I will teach you how to portion control properly.
No, your milk supply should not be affected when we apply the nutrition aspect. This is something I’m very protective of because I used to be a breastfeeding mom with that same fear.
Yes, workouts will be included.
Believe it or not, you only need THREE things!
1. You need to have an internet connection so you can join the weekly calls, communicate with the group, and access the workouts.
2. You need to be open-minded. This program works only if you do! If you go in with a “this is impossible” attitude, then it won’t be as effective.
3. You need to fully immerse yourself in the lifestyle homework. This is very easy and requires very little time from your end. Moms got no time for long and comprehensive to-dos!
Each call will be one hour long.
Yes! It will be under the supervision and guidance of Abigail Dowd, our resident Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health Physiotherapist
No weighing of food required. Instead, we will be using your hand size as portion standards.
No special food needed. You can eat your usual meals provided that they nourish you with the daily macro- and micronutrients you need.
You will need resistance bands, a pair of light dumbbells (2 to 5 lbs), and a pair of heavy dumbbells (8 to 10 lbs).
The Discord app will be our exclusive communication platform for the whole group coaching program. This is where you and other participants will communicate with the coaches and with each other.

You’re always doing things for other people. Now it’s time to do something FOR YOU for a change!
Give yourself the gift of fitness, confidence, and vibrance.
I know what it’s like to look a solution square in the face and then wonder, “Meh, is this for me?”
All that hesitating cost me A LOT of time, experiences, and happiness.
I don’t know how else to say it: This is the solution you’ve been waiting for.
I really am invested in helping you become the best version of yourself—just like I did, and just like so many other women have already.
Let’s do this!
